Terms of use

Use of Peas is governed by Apple’s standard terms for apps (Licensed Application End User License Agreement), together with the points below.

1. Free and Pro

With the free version you create up to 3 lists of your own; lists others share with you don’t count, and sharing is always free. Peas Pro adds unlimited lists, staples, store order, extra list colours and app icons, and widgets in every size with check-off. Pro from the creator of a list covers everyone on that list. It is available as:

  • a yearly subscription of €12.99, with the first 7 days free;
  • a monthly subscription of €1.99;
  • a one-time purchase of €24.99 (lifetime, shareable with Family Sharing).

Prices in euros for the Netherlands; in other countries the price shown in the App Store applies.

2. Subscriptions

Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. If you cancel during the free trial, you pay nothing. Refunds are requested from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). Your lists stay available when Pro ends; only creating a fourth list of your own needs Pro.

3. Use

Only share lists with people you know. Automatic aisle sorting can be wrong; you can always move an item. Peas depends on iCloud for syncing and sharing; if iCloud is off or unavailable, your lists stay on your iPhone.

Voorwaarden

Voor het gebruik van Peas gelden de standaard gebruiksvoorwaarden van Apple voor apps (Licensed Application End User License Agreement), aangevuld met de punten hieronder.

1. Gratis en Pro

Met de gratis versie maak je tot 3 eigen lijsten; lijsten die anderen met je delen tellen niet mee, en delen is altijd gratis. Peas Pro geeft onbeperkt lijsten, vaste boodschappen, winkelvolgorde, extra lijstkleuren en app-iconen, en widgets in elk formaat met afvinken. Pro van de maker van een lijst geldt voor iedereen op die lijst. Te koop als:

  • jaarabonnement van € 12,99, de eerste 7 dagen gratis;
  • maandabonnement van € 1,99;
  • eenmalige aankoop van € 24,99 (levenslang, te delen via Delen met gezin).

Prijzen in euro voor Nederland; in andere landen geldt de prijs die de App Store toont.

2. Abonnementen

De betaling loopt via je Apple-account. Een abonnement verlengt automatisch, tenzij je het uiterlijk 24 uur voor het einde van de periode opzegt in Instellingen › je naam › Abonnementen. Zeg je op tijdens de gratis proef, dan betaal je niets. Terugbetaling vraag je aan bij Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). Je lijsten blijven beschikbaar als Pro stopt; alleen een vierde eigen lijst maken vraagt Pro.

3. Gebruik

Deel lijsten alleen met mensen die je kent. Het automatisch sorteren per afdeling kan verkeerd gaan; je kunt een item altijd verplaatsen. Peas gebruikt iCloud om te synchroniseren en te delen; staat iCloud uit of is het niet beschikbaar, dan blijven je lijsten op je iPhone.
